you know what? just forget the emulators, and buy the flipping console instead. i have downloaded so many emulators that i have had trouble with, it's not even funny. buy the fully working console you want, and you will have less control problems in so many ways, it isn't even funny. often, on a pc, you get pop-ups like nuts, but with the actual console, there are no pop-ups, no dead battery signals(with laptops that is, except portable consoles) no interruptions whatsoever.

@trackmort007 well, i prefer the actual console, because zsnes gets annoying after a while. i have been exploring these smw hacks that came with the original rom, and i am already sick and tired of re-programming the controls for each new rom i play. with the original snes, you don't get all the hacks, but you don't have to re-program the controls all the time. you also get to work with the actual console, and get used to how it works, instead of an emulator. emulators are for practice, man!

@MrNamegame Emulators have so many advantages over the real deal. Do you even know how to use emulators and their many applications. I do and all these problems you mentioned are either non-existent or I can easily go around them. I have used emulators for over 2 years for retro games and I have not had such problems. What emulators are you having trouble with anyway assuming you still have all these issues.

@Heeydro Well, that's possible because some of the advertisements are very intrusive. Since they are from AdBrite, they deploy tracking cookies onto computers, and they can be somewhat annoying. In fact, the last time I used 3roms, this rogue antivirus ad popped out of nowhere.

Having all 700 games at your fingertips with hacks to freeze time/rewind ruins gaming, SNES games arn't about 5 minutes here 5 minutes there, they were about spending hours/days/weeks/months on the same game, going through the hardships and feeling a true feeling of accomplishment when you truely beat the game. Save states and cheats cheapen the experience exponentially. Buying games supports the ecconomy and forces you to enjoy the game the way it was meant to be played.

If you get caught downloading or using them it's a $20,000 dollar fine... per game, and prison time if you have a bunch. 8. Selling old games is how alot of people make money and thanks to illegal rom downloaders there's less demand for the real thing and it puts people out of work. 9. roms are for tools.
