These are actually contrails (condensation trails) formed when aircraft fly at high altitude and leave a white trail of vapour behind them. They are very common and everyone will probably have seen them. Ther are formed when water vapour and small particles come out of the engines of the aircraft.

I don't think you need to be too alarmed about them, they are contributing about 1000 times less to global radiative forcing than all other factors combined.

contrails are different than chemtrails if you did some research. contrails are steam a.k.a heated water coming from the engines. the steam typically disappates after a few seconds or minutes. does your kitchen fill with white steam every time you boil water? it shouldn't cover the sky for hours either, but that's what the chemtrails over our house do. they spread out and form haze. koala hugger.

Contrails also contain carbon monoxide, sulphates CO2, lead and more. when the sky is littered with trails the air temp here drops due to lack of sunlight which is just one of many concerns about these things.
