It's called the invincibility glitch. Meaning, if Neji or A. Hinata only does 1 hit of the 2 hits for their special to activate, they can't be hit afterwards. However, if Neji or A. Hinata moves right after the missed special takes place, then the glitch won't happen
actually this glitch will occur with any character once the special hit but with no animation also it will work if you use kakashi down a when the opponent is bouncing of the ground
nice always comming out with new stuff >_<. Sigh* Although I love playing with Kisame it seems like all of his combos leaves him vulnerable for an attack.

If you throw someone with Jirobo and do his down X right before they hit the ground, you can do the move normally but there won't be any rock.
