@Socoolscienceshow you should make a video where you actually record your heartbeat, could be like a microphone/stethoscope tutorial. That would be really cool to watch =)

@Socoolscienceshow Alright it seems you have a friend lock on, so you can check it out in the Human Body Playlist. Just scroll through till you see "How To Make A Stethoscope"
@daygamer56 Each persons body is a little bit different from others although a 125 recovery heart rate is high I am not a doctor & dont want to give you the wrong information. If you have any questions about your body its best to ask a doctor :)
@FreeSpirited5 well if you want get techniqual ok, "its not a good idea to run around a pool if your not cranial network capacity could fit into the common period at the end of this sentences."
Sounds really high for a heart rate. Are you counting out heart beats correctly maybe your counting to fast? With a heart rate that high you may be expericence axiety attacks where the heart rate spikes above the average heart rate. I would suggest a visit to a doctor. Or if you dont have the money for a hopital bill bc the republicans wont let Obama have a "Public Option" I would suggest changing your diet to a healither one, and getting some exercise in each day like playing a game of BBall
Well I dont know about the machine used but Im not a medical professional and I wouldnt want to give the wrong advice that could make things worse. I still very highly suggest talking with a doctor.
When I was much younger, I went to the doctors office for checkups. I always got a shot, which I hated. I was scared and my heart rate greatly increased.
When the doctor used his stethoscope, his eyes widened and he asked if I was eating right. I told him yes and he tried again. It was still beating way too fast. He asked more questions, and when I told him what was bothering me he had to give me the shot before measuring my heart rate.
I was just thinking about you today because we were talking about if we should do a another themed month and I brought you up in converstation about how you wrote me to tell me that you liked themed months. So I was thinking I wonder how you were enjoying this months theme? lol
I'm loving it so far Chris! I'm flattered that you thought of me, and this month is particularly fun. I really liked the memory game and finding my BPM!
Im always thinking of people who watch this show. There was a person who told they laughed each time they saw jump rope scene from the "Human Body Balance Tricks" so it got added in this sci-file. I like not being a dou**e like those partners on this site are. =^D
Well I hope you will enjoy saturdays sci-files although Im still working on it at the moment it should be done by saturday. =^D
You know I have the feeling that if I can ever turn these sci files into a real show, that 10-15 years after I finish my show that some kid is going to get the same things "Hey you remind me of Crazy Chris" =^D The universe balancing out!
I enjoied making it for everyone Im glad you liked it. No hahaha I just put it in the same rubber band I always do when I film the so cool science files. =^D
I watched that in regular speed during editing and it just seem to go on and on so I was going it up 4 times but no one would of been able to understand it and the heart beats didnt sound like regular hearts beats =^D So I stuck with that.
Its acctually a friend of mines pool. All the pool scenes you see shot in this sci files were filmed in there except the one where I went on location to film.
That was one of my favorite parts =^D When we were ediiting this sci file we all thought it would be funny to just let the running scene go on for a bit. I was going to intercut shots of feet running but I thought it was just funny to let it RUN on. lol
Well im certainly glad your cousin enjoys the so cool science files. =^D Its cool that I can interest your younger cousin in science.
I know right, for the hard work and hours I put into each and every show it amazes me too. Never the less its youtubes corp office that looses while everyone else gets to enjoy them. =^D
A normal heartbeat sounds like "lub-DUB" "lub-DUB". A heart murmur is an extra or unusual sound heard during a heartbeat caused by blood flowing through the valves as they close. In a normal heart beat as the valves begin to close the blood flow stops. Murmurs range from very faint to very loud. They sometimes sound like a whooshing or swishing noise.
Its common for healthy children including myself when I was kid, to have a non life threatening heart murmur, most like me, out grew thiers.
Im glad you enjoied and to have your continued support. =^D While I was outside filming there were dogs right behind the fence that kept barking while I was tring to say the lines. It was irritating and I dont know how many times I asked them to bring in there dogs when Im filming and the dogs are right back outside again in 5mins.

Funny story about BPM

I guess its a side effect of wanting to combined humor with science. I wonder if people called Bill Nye "Mr. Wizard"

Yes, my parents used to say that about Bill Nye.
