Most rolling papers (rizla anyway) come with a little bit of card inside I think its to make it easier to pull them out, its perfect ready supplied roach material.

I have the best supply of roach, an a5 book of watercolour paper, perfect thickness, no ink, and theres like 25 pages which you can get about 100 bits of roach out of each.

thats enough for 2500 joints

no because you wouldnt get high. but a good tip if you want to smoke in a crowded area, take a cig, take te filter off without ripping it so it leaves the paper that was on the filter, add a paper filter like the ones in the video, take the tobacco out slowly, and replace it with some good weed.

yes they are. it's a coarse filter. doesn't have to be working on the smoke, it filters out particles of bud and tobacco from leaving the spliff and entering your mouth. In New Zealand, we (or I at least) call them Cardies

normal cigarette filters also work, glossy paper doesn't suck because there is plastic in it you won't smoke the filter butt because they not stay in shape very well, and subway and train tickets are excellent for making filters, ink doesn't make any problems because you don't smoke it you only smoke the mix,

About your card board filters, ive got a trick for you, once you got the filter rolled to a suitable diameter just heat it up a bit with the lighter few seconds will do. The cardboard will become hard and won't unwind.
