It's not that it looks like a squid it's that it is using the same method of locomotion as a squid (via the two fins on opposite sides of the "head" as well as the siphoning of water for jet propulsion). Although I can't see the siphon, I can only imagine that's what its using despite it not going very fast.

No sir, they do not. Cuttlefish and squid both undulate fins on their sides in order to locomote, or use jet propulsion via a hyponome. This is closer to general cuttlefish behavior, but both squid and cuttlefish are able to do this.
