  • love the video really good

  • some really good stuff here

  • Whats that noise ?

  • @kittymit547 Actually this design is based more on the 'cuttle fish' rather than an actualy 'Squid'. Hence there arent any long tenticals.

  • the fluid, oscillating motion of the side fins is beautiful, and must have been quite difficult to achieve. Well done. :D

  • more like a sea cucumber

  • put a robot shark in the water, then a real fish, lol

  • This reminds me more of a flounder than any type of squid.

  • Cuttlefish, not a squid.

  • Looks more like a cuttlefish than a squid.

  • pure awesomeness

  • impressive!

  • IMO less creepy than real squid

  • huh prototype of a new type of submarine :P

    AWESOME!

  • COOL

  • Lego atlantis is REAL?

  • thats a lie in the fourth dimeson its not a squid! its ethier a spanish danser or a cuddlefish

  • meh it still needs a plug when it doesnt need a plug message me

  • epic

  • from learning animal movements, we are going to be seeing very advanced balancing robots pretty soon

  • cuttlefish Bitch.

  • it looks nothing like a squid!

  • @sy375289 its a robotic "flounder" i'd say

  • Everytime I hear the bubles at the begginning I wanna go swimming!

  • try making a giant shark

  • cool! now make me one now with lazors!!!

  • Looks more like some kind of Devonian sea creature than a squid.

  • One little flaw...NO CALAMARES

  • Do you want to know the idea on how to walk on water?

Watch: NEWEST ROBOT THAT WALK ON WATER

  • umm... make a huge one of these so the human race can discover the sea??

    and make millions??

  • So do I

  • I've been robbed! I wanted to see tentacles.

  • im shaw that a cuttlefish

  • squid are both jet powered and fin powered, check out some humboly vids guys really cool stuff

  • squids are jet powered!

  • eh how is that a squid?

  • My thoughts exactly .....Swims more like a sting ray.....or even a Brine Shrimp with its legs undulating(What sea monkey's are really named).

  • To me it looks like some sort of gigantic robotic animal sperm

  • Interesting interpretation....shouldnt it have a big long tadpole like tail though if it were to be a robotic sperm? (Then again if instead of a robot that looks like organic sperm...perhaps you mean it looks like what a robot's sperm would actualy look like if a robot could make sperm....in that case your guess is as good as mine! LOL)

  • whit autonomous power source it could travel the world oceans and send back informacion via gps : 0 )

  • Thats an eel

  • that seems to be more of a giant cuttlefish, strange.

  • Could anyone else imagine that made as a big sub that people actually control and are inside?

  • when a real squid moves they use those find there

  • pretty sure that's how cuddlefish swim, squids go about by means of an umbrellalike skin between there tentacles, or jets of water.

  • thats a squid?

  • What's with that gargling sound?

  • Gargling sound's from someone's breathing apparatus, they're scuba diving with it.

  • its awsome!! all ou need is some arms for it and sensers to catch its pray! XD

  • lol, im pretty sure troglodytes are cave dwellers and a squid is a mollusk im pretty sure, but that's not a mollusk. it looks like some type of ancient arthropod, or a one celled organism or something.

  • thats a troglodite

  • nice pool cleaner

  • that almost look like real food

  • thats a mollsk

  • doesn't look like a squid,but really cool!man!

  • MEGAA

  • Lol it looks nearly real O:

  • Shit By 2020 we're gona have some new animals and to replace the old ones

  • @XxCuriousBananaxX nothing can replace the cat & dog though....

  • @XxCuriousBananaxX yeah, then it metal squids..

  • @XxCuriousBananaxX gonna be a mess of wires isnt it loll

  • oh i see thnx

  • thats fuckin Amazing and COOL!

  • doesnt really look like a skwid...

  • It's not that it looks like a squid it's that it is using the same method of locomotion as a squid (via the two fins on opposite sides of the "head" as well as the siphoning of water for jet propulsion). Although I can't see the siphon, I can only imagine that's what its using despite it not going very fast.

  • can it also change color? lol

  • very nice water proof technolgy and a what you have here is a squid robot.

  • This thing makes me hungry for lemon pepper calamari and a side of chips...

  • lol mee 2

  • cool cool

  • its more a flounder or a halibut than a squid.

  • use real squids, Soviet Russia hired an Octopus in 1976 to spy on the Ukraine. This worked fairly well.

  • hired? LOL

  • it looks and sounds like a friggin pool cleaner

  • great to look at from above water, but its giving me a headache to hear it underwater

  • wow why doesnt it blow up under water bcoz its run by electricity wow amazing!

  • because the wire is isolatet :D so it dont touch the water

  • that moves like a cuttlefish not a squid idiot

  • cuttlefish are squid

  • theyre a related species but cuttlefish and squid MOVE DIFFERENTLY

  • No sir, they do not. Cuttlefish and squid both undulate fins on their sides in order to locomote, or use jet propulsion via a hyponome. This is closer to general cuttlefish behavior, but both squid and cuttlefish are able to do this.

  • i believe the guy with octopus in his name

  • same here^^

  • Looks more like a Ray or a Skate.

  • maybe this killed Steve Irwin...

  • R.O.T.F.L.

  • Doesn't move like squid... more like a ray.

  • Actually that is precisely how squid move, but more accurately cuttlefish

  • its no johnny 5 but its ok i guess

  • Rad!

  • "Wow man. That is kicking rad."
