P2P by individuals is a moral issue and should not be a legal one. There are "good" reasons for using P2P and there are bad. One "Good" reason for example is the download of source material for your Remix, if you don't happen to own all necessary DVDs and CDs (where available) and -illegally- ripped them to use them with your video editing software.

Extremely valuable lecture from Prof Lessig from the viewpoint of topicality. Pleasure to listen to him. I wish I could get all his lectures including this one. I don't know how to save it in my hard disk.

As a stopgap, more artists need to be convinced that Creative Commons is the way to go.

Well what do you want man, lot of kids don't care about the foundations, just as it is now, which is really sad. I grew up in the Post Nintendo/WinBlows 95 erra tho was Raised on classical Dos and windows 4.1 was it?  It's Graphics Vs the Bits and simple things, but hey, maybe things will change sooner or later.
