@Azurren Jeez, i'm bored of people saying this same old stuff. I couldn't give two shits if Apple have the best customer service in the world, nor they they provide excellent products. What i do care about, on the other hand, is that they offer a phone with excellent hardware and more applications than any other mobile phone on the planet. I'd like to see you try getting even 5% of what the App Store offers on Android or Symbian. Try it and report back.

Excellent hardware.. Have you even seen the latest Android / Windows phone 7 devices?

As for apps.. Android already have more free relevant apps than Apple do right now, and with the growth rate increasing every day there will be more apps in the Android market in a few years than apples.

As for "Customer service" what about the guy who's iPhone 4 caught fire (Due to a faulty unit / USB cable)? He was told he would have to wait months for a new iPhone 4.. Customer service.. Ha!

@Azurren i said excellent hardware, not the best on the market - that's the difference. I can guarantee you now, the Android store will not beat the App Store in terms of apps any time in the next 5 years - that's a fact. As far as Customer Service is concerned, that guy could of made his little story up for all we know. In the past, i had an issue with my iPhone 4 - took it back with no appointment, they replaced within ten minutes and my lack of appointment. Now THAT is customer service.
