@kaikiyukionna27 Yes, absolutely. Watch closely, and you'll see that the Brandy/Paolo dance is two very long takes edited together (you can see the edit as the song switches from Paolo to Brandy). We can only imagine how many takes it took before everyone got it just right (the entire cast can be seen in the background). They might have been dancing for days! No wonder the Prince is sweating at 2:15. :)

This is a lot of set ups. Okay, so he's definitely the hottest of the three princes, even if he is adopted. XD And he's got an amazing voice. Brandi is charming, a fine actress, and totally believable as the sweet Cinderella, unfortunately her singing style and delivery is very breathy. I'm convinced she's capable of better because you can hear her belt it when singing in tandem with the prince. Lesley Ann Warren remains my favorite Cinderella.

We spent most of the show trying to guess where he was sitting and couldn't find him..., but he came to our school the week afterwards so we could actually meet him. It was kind of adorable because he'd be talking and then just say, "hey you played 'so and so' good job" and then he just continued talking. Then we took pictures with him and asked him questions and such....

When this first aired in 1997, I thought that Paolo was the real "find" in this production, and I expected him to go on to bigger and better roles, but that never happened. But then, none of Cinderella's princes seem to get the recognition they deserve. Stuart Damon, who played the prince in the 1965 version with Lesley Anne Warren, was also very talented. He later played Alan Quartermane on "General Hospital" for decades, but he deserved better.

@OceanKingNY Well, this was the version linked to on the page with audition information, so I'm assuming they want it this way. Either way, it's entirely up to us to learn our songs before our audition. The way we're doing it this year is we're taught the songs in a group then go and audition for the director all in one night. Unfortunately, our group watches our audition, which means more people...ugh, nerves.
