  • What the fuck is this all about? Were BC on crack? From what I can see it's about sitting up all night camping with a teacher from school and really getting on his tits asking him to tell him all about history. I guess they were stoned.

  • @DaveWBedford What??

  • a jewel...! Great Great................

  • what a GREAT GREAT GREAT band they were together !!! a thousend thumbs up !!!

  • This was another great Bc song so uniquly recognised from as soon as you hear the first bar and completely timeless man this band were awsome

    RIP Stuart Adamson

  • Forgot just how good a song this was !!

  • brillant !!! This is the Big Country that i will nalways remember!!!! Stuart Adamson R.I.P. forever and ever..............

  • brillant !!!

  • I have never related to song so much in my life...I want to know everything too...Stuart was fiercely intelligent.

  • One word to describe Big country:

    COLOSSAL.

  • What the heck is that with all those folks running on stage ;-) LOL !

Amazing song. Really one of the better ones of Big Country in their later days.

Great live performance !!! Big Country RULE !!!!!!

  • @2nstra New Yorkers can get a little crazy. I agree that it's lame but for the most part the crowd here seems pretty great. The 4 times I saw BC all those years ago here in the U.S., the crowds were absolutely blown away and fantastically receptive to the amazingly great band they were watching. It's actually hard for me to imagine a crowd anywhere in the world seeing Big Country with Stuart and it not being and incredibly powerful and emotional experience. I get emotional just watching this.

  • @2nstra not later days. 2nd album. they recorded and toured for 16 more years!

  • @FranBro 3rd album, this is from The Seer.

  • I think I heard this on the King Biscuit Flour Hour Columbus Day weekend, 1986. It was this version of this song that sealed the Big Country deal for me. I was in junior high then. I love them still, and I miss Stuart's genius even now. Amazing.

  • These guys were just AMAZING! The guitar playing and their harmonies were just so unsung. RIP Stu.

  • brilliant

  • Fantastic, thanks! :) ...

  • lot of people ran on stage that night
