  • If you think all 62 million mortgages in mers means the homeowners will win in court your sadly mistaken, you obviously don't have all your information in check. Don't mislead people the way you are doing right now, it's not that simple.

  • You greatly simplified what was thought to be a complex subject!

It's sad our media will not boil down the "blah blah blah" BS used to confuse!

  • @borat443 It's our Masonic "JustUs" system; it's quite a system for moving power and wealth from non-Freemason "allies" to Freemasons.

Quotes because Hitler and Japan were their "partners" pre-WWII before being stabbed in the back; these people controlling our STUPID politicians are dangerous! (This is why they sent our jobs to China/India.)

  • What is the attorney's name for the classaction suit againt mers in california. I have mers as my beneficiary

  • She's is absolutely correct. There are only a few attorneys that are handling these the right way. The Untied Law Center home of "Ask Steve For Free" are the only legitimate lawyers qualified to handle these and are winning. They're in Sacramento Ca. Phone is 916-367-0630. Call them they'll give you legal advise for free! Really. They can help. This is good stuff, MERS is a total fraud on America.

  • Also, if you are an attorney's client then you are defined as non compos mentis (mentally incompetent and therefore a ward of the court). An attorney is an officer of the court and his first loyalty is to the judge. They're all members of the same private club (bar). It is a LOT to absorb, but if you can do so, I've found that you're MUCH better off without an attorney.

  • On your "the judges and lawyers don't wanna go there comment," I've filed suit against my alleged mortgage servicer and just got a judge recused because he didn't want to "go there." If you have an attorney and the judge doesn't want to go there, your case will not go there no matter what you do because, according to Corpus Juris Secundum, an attorney's loyalties, in order of precedence highest-to-lowest are to (1) the public record, (2) to the court and then (3) to the client.

  • Wait If you take a loan

you do not need to pay it back?

  • how can i find out if my mortgage has gone through MERS?

  • @skybirdbird

your deed of Trust will say it. Look at your closing documents from when you purchased your home, it should be on the 2nd page. Says who "owns" the mortgage. If it says MERS - Mortgage Electronic Registration Services.

    Hope that helps!

  • @tnknoxrealtor thank you...will check...

  • @skybirdbird

Go to the county assesor and look up your deed it will state MERS as your Beneficiary

  • Foreclosures and illegal landgrabbing started in Hungary this year and the banks are blooming steeling the property of the people here. They do it covertly b'cos it is unconstitutional according to our laws. Insanity and madness.....I have videos showing how they go with the police and throw a mother of four children on the street. So so sad.
