the only connection i know of is Ven with Sora. Not only does Ven look exactly like Roxas, but in 358/2 days, in Wonderland, Xigbar sees Xion as Ven. That's gotta mean something?

Well, judging from past experiences with Kingdom Hearts, names mean quite a bit, Ansem~Xehanort~Xemnas for example.

kh2 final mix shows terra in his armor as a secret boss. he confuses him to be the keyblade master and suddenly realizes he wasnt the one he chose. after that he assumes he is master xehanort and fights him. after the fight he realizes why he has the keyblade. kh2 ansem reports clearly state that riku is the real keyblade amster. it was also hinted in kh1.

Actually, I meant Ansem the Wise, not Xehanort's Heartless/Ansem.

And yes, those are the names from Xigbar to Zexion, since they were Ansem's apprentices alongside Xehanort. Xehanort, I think, has some connection to Terra and Master Xehanort, so in what way he will appear, I don't know.

guys i found more info on this game so here i go. ok each character will have a story meaning you play as terra ven and aqua and each will last about 15 hours of gameplay and/or story, which equals to about 50 hours of the game making the longest kh game up to now. also there will be....... a secret ending, thats right bbs will have a secret ending like kh1 and kh2. well for gods sake it better be kh3 or some other main game. No. 358/2 Days is for the DS and about the Organization XIII. Nothing really important happens in it, it's just Roxas doing stuff with a character that becomes completely forgotten after the game.

Birth by Sleep is for the PSP and is a prequel set 10 years before KH1, about the original Keyblade Masters.

i thought that at first with kingdom hearts 1-- but the toon shading , the characters nuances and facial expressions that's def. a Disney plus. only in Final Fantasy Advent Chil. complete did they work on adding a lot of subtle expressions and details in the characters it adds depth to the world and the characters seem much more realistic. Which makes the movies etc much more awesome even though most don't notice stuff like that conscouisly.

The reason being is that Sora, Riku, and Kairi, as well as the 3 characters in this game, all have names that mean Air, Earth, and Water. Nomura, to my knowledge, has never stated why this is. My thought is that Sora, Riku, and Kairi are the next series of knights (or whatever you want to call the 3 from this game) seeing as how Kairi at the end of KH2 got a keyblade of her own. Just my thoughts though...
