• i brought a JXD V1000 and it is not getting started after the opening screen is displayed. pls help. Email: coastguard0556m@gmail.com

  • hi...i'm from brazil,I turned off my emulators unintentionally and can not find them on the net ... could you upload and send your in my email? if you can ...linkin-wagner@hotmail.com...thanks

  • a link to where to buy it would be nice to add into the info

  • looks great

    should buy it?

  • CAN U PLAY GBA ON ALL MP4s? WHAT IS THE EMU PLZ REPLY

  • I have a white Venus JXD-300 and be warned that it only plays NES games at full speed... any other format will have problems... GBA games play OK but not TOP SPEED... SNES and Sega games are a disaster... Also be warned that it WILL NOT play the NES game Mike Tyson's Punch-Out! no matter what and that sux for the ppl that like that game

  • How much it's cost???

  • is it fragile? had an mp4 before broke after few days buttons fell out

  • can You save the game states? or just do regular saves at gba games?

  • where i can find games .neo extension?

  • lol how is this fake. If you like this JXD 301 (or don't) you should check out the JDX 1000, I just got one a couple of days ago, it's awesome.

  • I wonder how this would handle a fast action game like Sonic Megamix. I own the Dingoo and it cuts the frames as slow as 4 per second at times (with Sonic Megamix). Anyway what is the processor speed of this, because it really does look smooth with Megadrive...

  • i own the JXD 201, please link me any games for that ASAP :)

  • I was just wondering if i wanted to buy this would i still be able to and if so can you plesase tell me a website thanks.

  • Not majorly keen on the button layout...

  • the BUDENS

  • i don't like Jxd much but it's good

  • can someone tell me what are the buttons "hold" and "reset" for?

  • Doesn't that give you a clue? HOLD and RESET?

  • I already figured it out

  • Hold is to hold and reset to Reset

  • No shit, Sherlock

  • The reset button is to reset the unit after it freezes up, since the battery pack is in the case and not easily accessed, units like this need a reset button. If you are thinking of buying an unit like this take a look at the Dingoo320 it has L&R shoulder buttons and is quite cheap on eBay.

  • Does this model not have sholder buttons?

  • is really complicated...

    and more expensive

  • maybe the best mp4 player...

    but don´t have bluetooth....

the psp is the best mp4 player of the world?

  • Search on eBay UK "Multi-Function Lite MP5 Game Player" and you can buy them

  • good question why no sound on the sega game ?

  • it makes the game less smooth apparently - is only smooth with sound off

  • is it worth it?

  • WHY THE GENESIS GAME DIDNT HAVE SOUND ?

  • any pmps play n64?

  • Can Anyone help me about my JXD656? it wont turn on, before it was able to turn on until the batteries died, and i tried using the charger, but I'm not sure, was i to late? or was the charger the wrong one? or broken? the charger uses a USB and no it doesn't charge at the computer >.> but can anyone help me? it still doesn't turn on.. and i bought the JXD656 at Vietnam while i was there. Does anyone have any idea what i should do? I'm really frustrated..

  • If you guys wanna know more about this check out the mp4nationDOTnet forums.

the JXD 301 has been discontinued but you can still pick them up off of ebay for around 130$ US

  • hey how's the performance and compatibility of the NES and Genesis emulators?

  • Hes wearing a hat

  • man.. I think the quality is better at pricegoDOTorg, they never charge shipping either

  • i want to buy it.............

  • I think the product has been discontinued according to DCEmu... I automatically hate the product now because I'm broke and have an empty history with it... *sigh*

  • awesome product for sure

  • how much does that thing cost?

  • Hmm, interesting...

    G2PX F200 rival....

    Not sure what I'll get...

  • Can you use the ebook (read txt files) at the same time as you listen to mp3 (music files) ?

3pin recharger? Will I be able to re-charge this in public places?

I go camping and this would be perfect, if I can recharge at ranger station/public rest stops in the U.S. Any help would be appericated!

  • Yeah, youcan read an ebook while listening to mp3

My recharger is 2-pin.. normal one ..

  • TY, very much!

  • video out?

  • Is there one I can get with a cam too also the buttons aren't metal click-ons are they?

  • Also how can u use the LR buttons

  • How's the Gb/GBA emulator on it because you didn't show it.

  • Gb/Gba is not the best one.. a lot of games do not work .. i tried Kingdom hearts but i think it is too heavy .. metroid worked ..

Neo geo is great but youll have difficulty to find the .neo extension ..

Snes is great.. to use the L and R buttons you click on the on/off button and change one of the buttons that you were using for the L an R .. it´s kinda boring cuz you gotta do this lots of times ..

Mega and MAster i havent tried

  • So can you really use all 4 buttons?

  • yes you can

  • Echoing the "no L/R" thing. What this has is awesome for a PMP, much less awesome for a game player (though for NES and Neo-Geo, it seems almost perfect). If the company can come out with a device that's the same size and has similar (or better) specs, but which adds L/R buttons and start/select buttons, I will buy one.

  • If you're familiar with the GP32, another homebrew game player, the same principle applies to l/r for this device; it's mapped through multiple button touches. Not fun, but it works.

  • Excellent presentation. Of course, I wish the recording had better focus.

'gee-bee'? Why not just call it 'gigabytes' or even 'gigs'?

  • I hope Zottd will still develop for the GP2X, I'm going to stick with it until I learn how to develop for it too. :)

  • OK BUT... L and R???

  • whats the name got to do with how well the machine will do?

  • what happened to the top L AND R Buttons

  • Don't listen to the moron claiming it HAS to be at least 7 times faster. It's primarily about two things, similarity of hardware(the way it operates) and efficiency of the code. But sure, it most often needs to be very much faster. Though I'd also say it won't happen, but that's mostly because no one will dedicate that much time developing an emu.

  •
Don't listen to the moron claiming it HAS to be at least 7 times faster
For a start there is no need for insults my friend! you could have said he is wrong or some thing

Anyway that 7x rule does apply in most cases but i do agree with you if the hardware is the same or similar then it makes it a whole lot easier for the programmers to emulate a system such as the N64

be a little nicer with your comments GREENBAYD :-)

  • No this can't play n64 roms and the reason would be that as a rule the device has to be 7 or more times more powerfully to emulate a system!

This is in the same league at the GP2x, if you love unfinished homebrew and emulators that emulate games but not 100% like the real console then this is for you other wise buy a psp or DS and play homebrew and commercial games and they both have 1000 times more support that this ever will.

  • its 3 times

also, please refrain from using excagerations like 1000 times

  • no, rule of thumb is 7 times

  • afaik all ive seen is the talk of 3 times faster, for example the n64 is close to 100 mhz, so thats why the psp, at 300 mhz can emulate it.

  • Processor speed isn't all the PSP has to emulate N64

Otherwise a DOS PC can emulate N64

  • yes, its just a very basic rule of thumb to go by

  • can this play N64 roms?

  • Sounds awesome, I am very tempted to get one!

  • very nice review admin!!!
