Only way to be 100% sure nothing gets in your food is to follow the food you're about to eat from where it is manufactured to the time it is put on your plate. If you are absent from any one of those processes then you don't know if something has been put in your food or not.

I used to live Pizza Hut until they gave me tainted food. I got my money back, but they sure did fight for it. The fact that I got no response from their corporate office after trying to contact them twice just made them lose me as a customer forever. As for Domino's, it always makes me sick. I'm not the only one either, I've talked to many people who get sick from Domino's. There's a few small Italian restaurants around where I live that serve GREAT pizza.
