Nobody is doing anything.. that "chemtrail" you see is the result of the air being compressed and heated instantly by the jet engine.. the result is condensation creating a cloud... a vast majority of what you see in the air is simply a cloud... however I know it is mixed with jet fuel exhaust... but I would imagine the car exhaust we all breath in everyday is just as much of a proble as the jet fuel burnt from the airliners flying overhead... think about it.

just put a bucket in your backyard, but a plate in it and let it stand there when they spray and it raines... then put it inside and wait until the water evaporates. then you will see your proof sparkling on the plate. you could even give it to a lab...
