@Bachii25 Парень, я не знаю каким местом ты слушаешь видео. Во-первых там никогда не было сказано, что Маузер это русский пистолет. Это немецкий пистолет. Во-вторых там ничего не сказано о революции 1917г. Там сказано только о первой мировой с 1914г и о гражданской войне с 1920г. Революция 1917 попадает в этот период и конечно в России использовались Маузеры в 1917ом. И во время гражданской Маузерами пользовались как белые так и красные.

О каком ПП ты вообще говоришь? О Вальтер ПП или Советском ПМ? Так это вообще пистолеты второй мировой и после. Т.е. 40 лет после создания Маузера и 30 лет после появления Маузера в России в 1913г.

@RazzyoO A Mauser Red9 is the version that uses 9mm Parabellum, and it got the name from having a large red number nine engraved on the handle (so troops wouldn't confuse it with the 7.63x25mm variant)

Sights set to 1000m? I thought the AKM is the only weapon with sights set that far.

Interesting to say that Africa have much more predators in the early 20th century.

The reason why world armies did not rush to adopt the C96 is due to revolvers at that time being more reliable.

How does increasing the number of threads on the gun barrel improve ballistics?

@ace5566 more threads in barrel channel give to round more spin. More spin = more straight path of flight = better ballistics = better accuracy.

@ace5566 M91/30 Mosin Nagant rifles have sights ranging from 100-2,000 meters, as well as kar98k and SMLE. SVT40 sights can go to 1500 meters I believe. M1 Garand out to 1200 and SKS out to 1000. Just because sights can adjust to such distance doesn't mean they can necessarily be accurate that far lol Takes a very skilled shooter to hit a target with a rifle round 1000 yards away with a scope, much less with iron sights.
