I worked for Jetblue for almost 5 years.The best company in the airline industry. Customers first. Team members first. I miss them. Now nothing is perfect in this world, so for everyone with complaints, I agree with you.
Dear jetblue, the 1st time i flew you guys i thought "What the hell is this? these tv's don't work and i can't even eat?" 3 round trips later. I finally had it with your terrible service, you are high cost low quality bull$#!t and should not even exist.
Dear JetBlue: I would like to flight with you but found out that you prefered to use STI instead of SDQ, wow, you left out the main airport of Dominican Republic and left me behind to deal with Delta and AA. -_- Ok, i'll try to book my next flight with you and take the 1 hour and half road to Santiago, but please plan ahead to use Las Americas Intl (SDQ) =)
