Its simple evolution. Would u ever tell a lion not to eat meat? A wolf not to eat? At some point, we, like those animals were made to eat meat. Just like some were made to eat only plants. Our bodies were made for both. Thats what has made us superior as humans. Our diverse diet. I agree that slaughtering can be cruel and uneasy to watch, but if u were there when a lion was eating a wildebeast, it would also be unsettling. Would u stop that? Change needs to occur, but not by eliminating meat.
