You can make your own modeling chocolate. Don't have recipe with me but can google it. I was surprised how easy it was. Two ingredients: corn syrup and chocolate!
Where would I buy modelling chocolate? Is the texture like fondant...does it melt in your hands when you are working with it? I have never used it before...Thanks!
