Make a dart out of a railroad spike (go on a walk along a railroad track, you'll find a few) with some sheet metal fins. Then make a sabot out of expanding foam (Good Stuff brand should work). You will have a near-military grade weapon.

Sweet! I've made a air powered pvc potato launcher before, but I had trouble getting it to high pressure. I'm interested to read your instructions!

Also, check your link in your description. I get a 404, but capitalizing law to LAW fixes it.

@natelett if your having trouble try to shrink the valve i have a 2 inch barrel

and a 3/4 inch valve

Wolf great stuff. I checked out the project roadmap, looks pretty easy. I think you should consider selling plans and making a few! What are you using to charge it? have you ever considered adding a PSI meter on the chamber?
