The rest of the cutscenes have lower quality then this one... I like it! Seemed like HD to me. Plus it's the only one. I could find that's in English but without edited speech.

Because thats not how Sonic rolls. Thats like asking why Superman dosent kill Lex Luthor or Batman dosent kill Joker, its cause "killing" ones enemies isent usually how heroes do things.
