you should try to get to 9 minutes, which is you tubes max length I think, though 22-27 should be your goal. Right now its just way too short. Especially since 10% of the whole episode is title sequence. You should also think about make the episodes connected by one story, keep a constant background story, ie the game, then derail with the humor through out. Make some long running jokes for certain characters...its almost Knights at the Dinner Table live action. Thats a good direction to emulate
I totally agree with xxchochxx's observations. Needs to be longer with a running backstory. Some kind of obstacle they're trying to get past, or something.
I hope you understand that we're working on a miniscule budget and keeping it all in one room is the only way to do it right now. There will be two more sketch-type eps, then hopefully we can pull off a longer one. Hopefully, you will soon pick up on some running jokes that were established here. Just give us some understanding in this early going and we'll be able to grow.
That's cool, just giving constructive criticism! :) What kind of camera do you use? I just bought a Flip Mino. It takes pretty quality video for such a small camera. You can only do an hour at a time, but it might be great for what you're doing. Really easy to transfer to your PC too, it has a built in USB.
The camera is smaller than an XL, bigger than a GL. I use the Premiere settings for conversion. They usually look pretty good, but they don't replace the TV size.

I've got a Panasonic DVX100A. The equipment is all professional or prosumer grade. I wish the compression was better. It looks great on TV.
