that's what flash mobs were originally about before the concept got snagged up by TV commercialism to sell crap and, strangely enough, Non-profits to expose themselves more widely.

it IS sad to see people watching a very nicely piece of street theatre without ANY reaction at all. clapping is never expected... but a reaction of some kind is always appreciated by those who actually get involved.

This never looks to me a "flash mob". It's pretty clear, these guys were hanging here out there for a long time, and the by-lookers knew there's some sort of an "event" going to take place. Go to the "10th second" of thsi video. See how the by-lookers are arranged in a "circle", giving room to this crew to do the dancing! Haa haaa! :-D Not a single normal person inside the circle!!! Did they do "rehearsals" before taking this perfect shoot?
