part of the "awareness" you speak of includes having fun.
that's what flash mobs were originally about before the concept got snagged up by TV commercialism to sell crap and, strangely enough, Non-profits to expose themselves more widely.
it IS sad to see people watching a very nicely piece of street theatre without ANY reaction at all. clapping is never expected... but a reaction of some kind is always appreciated by those who actually get involved.
come up with good idias. enough copying srilanka from others.this first happpend in london victoria station T mobile add.. watch in youtube u will c see. This also happend in London Heathow Airport too. hope will not happend in Srilanka airport lol
plain copy of the t-mobile dance at liverpool railway station..
Wake up Airtel just as much as your recent ads suck this one puts the icing on the cake. Clear indication of where the network is heading ........ towards bankruptcy starting with plagiarising ideas...

This never looks to me a "flash mob". It's pretty clear, these guys were hanging here out there for a long time, and the by-lookers knew there's some sort of an "event" going to take place. Go to the "10th second" of thsi video. See how the by-lookers are arranged in a "circle", giving room to this crew to do the dancing! Haa haaa! :-D Not a single normal person inside the circle!!! Did they do "rehearsals" before taking this perfect shoot?
@mcobra13 dude....no offense but this is no innovation....flash mob dances are extremely common in the west...check out some of em on youtube, especially the all blacks flash mob haka....cheers..

Why do you expect a round of applause ? Was that a performance ? Did Airtel paid you people to do this ? Just curious :P
Use Flash Mob concept to spread awareness instead of promotion..

Flash is when it is unexpected. If you pay attention, you will see people already waiting for the dance before the beginning of the dance.

This is not something new even for Sri Lanka.. the 1st one was done about 10 months ago at Odel. Check it on YouTube.
