The hotel I stayed at did the same thing, I thought that was the dumbest thing ever. The only dif is a guy picked up so I got smart wit him since he asked if I wanted pillows bought up. I was like nooooo you keep your extremely fluffy pillows and I can sleep on the floor since it's the same as the bed. Then I was like "BRING UP MY PILLOWS JERK!" As mush as the room cost you better bring up 1 pillow for every $50 spent on this room
