So weak as they are those cannot be named tornadoes. In Europe only watersprouts and funnel clouds appear, however in some seldom occasions those can be very strong, but the damages are not that severe.
I've been chasing the midwestern USA for 25yrs, and as a by-product, have studied many many slo-motion storm vids. I submit that I believe you've actually captured a tornado....probably all the way on the ground, prior to your "main" funnel. Look at the 2 buildings at the left of the screen. You'll see a gap between 'em. On the right bldg. is some kind of antennae. At around .14-look at a whitish lowering that is rotating, and moves from left to right until @ 22secs. I think it's tornadic.
@ 1 min 27 sec there is something round which is crossing the image from left to right. It seem to be round and not a plane. Check the original video to see if it a plane or some "orb".
Me to enchanted the video friend! the development of those small supercells with great cyclonal rotation is appraised perfectly, if sera rare not to see that type of phenomena that way but it surprises to me that they see themselves thus with that perfection, when I saw the satellite of Europe I could see that local storms by your zone formed that were static but it did not wait for the cloud formation either funnel!

Electrical apparatus does not seem to be appraised during those storms but the development of the CB,s is fantastic :).
