    This is mis-information. The man is protesting the tailing ponds, yet the incidents to which he refers are all encompassing, a result of honest reporting by the companies to Alberta Environment.

    The average mechanic or farmer could probably report more than a few incidents every year, but he doesn't.

    And he mentions fires - When the guys put their lives on the line to put out a hydrocarbon fire, yes that is an incident.
