  • Excellent Dan, well done you! my mum passed away 2 years ago from ovarian cancer and it is so unbelievable that there is not much research into this cancer.

    Thanks Dan

  • thats right we do need to get going on this. i didnt even know anything about ovarian cancer till recently. i thought a pap smear would detect any cancers going on "down there" but that isnt true.

  • T Hank you from a Ovarian Cancer survivor of 4 years.

  • if you wanna cure aids or hiv, arthritis, alzheimers, any bacteria infection any disease cancer everything, including swine flu, use food grade peroxide look up h2o2 therapy or food grade peroxide on youtube or google. pharma companies make so much money off of drugs and meds that either don't work or it'll kill you.

  • Thanks man, my mom got diagnosed with ovarian cancer early this year. It changes everything. She is doing everything she can though, and she is doing a lot better now. She is the 1 in 4 that will make it.

  • men can also get breast cancer and testicular cancer. also without MEN, none of us would be here either.

  • I may have ovarian cancer. I'm waiting for the tests to come back. Wether I have it or not, I'm going to donate & encourage others to do the same. Thank you for posting this.

  • I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer about a year ago, December, 19, 2008. It's so comforting to know there are people out there who care, and who are trying to help.. Thank you..

  • dude that was a very touching video i think alot more people should do stuff like this. it makes us want 2 help more people. this is the kinda of stuff that would make people come together and wanna help out.

  • Dude, that was really awesome. You should put something like that on the M&D channel

  • one of my friends died from ovarian cancer eight months ago. it ussually affects women over fourty but she got it when she was seventeen and the doctors didn't know how to treat it in someone as young as her.

  • lol, wanna stop the cancer, dont take the gardasil shot, dont eat the GMO foods, dont take the vaccines. Its that easy.. No you dont need billions to research it,because theres no profits in a cure for anything,Only profits in treatment.

  • Awh it's good to see a guy speak out against this =)

  • Wow, that's amazing! You're fantastic for doing that. I hope you're able to make a difference!

    Just favorited!

  • this video pretty much made me cry because people are not well aware of this cancer my great grandma has stage 3 ovarian cancer they told her she has less than a year to live... that was 5 months ago its really wonderful to see that people are spreading the word im actually apart of a group called teens for teal every woman in my family is very able to get ovarian cancer its nice to have support for woman everywhere....

  • just twweted on twitter on on facebook

  • this is really nice because my Grandmother died of it almost 2 years ago :'(

  • you are so cute

  • I'm more concerned for the Breast Cancer lately..

  • I'm so sorry to hear that but there are many masculine sickness as for example: Alport syndrome,

Male pattern baldness, the very knowed Prostate Cancer and the SRY or sex determination disease.Well,i'm sure there are some more but i need to search more deeply ^^

  • this is good but i dont have any money !

  • dan you used to be good but now ur just boring. :(

  • I find it even more depressing that more men die of testicular cancer than women of breast cancer, yet theres hardly anything done about it to raise awareness... I think its just because men are a lot quieter about talking about "their private parts", and something down there seems strange to them... So anyone reading this, at very least, check yourself down there for any lumps, because no one else is going to do it for you

  • well dang... i heard that testicular cancer is actually the most curable if it is detected early cancer is fucking scary because it is so random! if im going to have some doctor feeling my nuts he better be cute as hell

  • This video scares me. cuz i have to go for the test :'(

  • I wish you the best of luck sweetie...I'm sure your the exception =) hang in there and think positive.

  • Thank you...I appreciate ur words of encouragement. it made me feel better.

  • kulta, I is grying. mut toi sun video meni liian nobee. anna silti hymyi kun "sait" mut itkee. iiii sydän sinä, maybe :)

  • I l0ve yuh ! =D

  • My aunt died from ovarian cancer a little over a year ago, thanks for making this video. it means a lot. =)

  • and noone mentions testicular cancer which is a common problem, not as common but common enough. ran on my dads side! dont wanna leose me precious gems either

  • Thanks for getting this out there. My best friend has HPV and is currently infertil. Luckly there is no sign of cancer and hopefully never will be.

  • This video is so true I love u dude cuz u hit a sift spot my mom was diagnosed 5 years ago doctors say this her last year with me so any one and everyone please help this cause u don't wanna be me or gd cuz it's really hard knowing ur mom or who ever has ovarian cancer plus everyone help this cause I would but I'm paying major medical bills for my mom love you all

  • You can get cancer on every part of your body. It's crazy. Good video :) Cancer runs in my family on both sides so it's hit close to home numerous times. If I had the money, believe me, I'd donate. Actually, the majority of my donations go towards YouthAIDS.. I'll be sure to divert funds to ovarian cancer next time around :)

  • thank you for making this!

I am already helping with Fran Drescher's

    Cancer Schmancer Foundation!!

Best Wishes for all cancer victims/ survivors!!

  • your a real nice prson for makeing this video and i would love to donate but sadly i have no money to give..... good luck though!!

  • Tweeting!

  • I think what your doing is awsome for raising money. I, if or hopfully when, I get my video recorder i can make one to raise awarness for autisim which isn't deadly but is only considered a disablilty in three states in these fifty of the U.S

  • Dan good luck with this. Hope you subs donate, I can't even get mine to donate to help out with the upcoming Southtube event in Chattanooga, Tn Oct 1-5

  • ...Wait, wouldn't the money be better spent funding more research as opposed to raising awareness? Its the scientists that actually cure diseases, not the lecturers.

  • This is why I love you.

  • Great video. I have a friend who was diagnosed with ovarian cancer a couple months ago. The real shame is she's only 21 like me. The worst part about cancer is it can strike anyone anytime no matter how old or young you are.

If I ever have an extra chunk of money I'll definetly donate. :)

  • Awe thats so sad!

    Thanks for this video!

  • Aww! This is so sad! I've never heard of Ovarian Cancer until now.

  • awesome vid :)

  • I love you.

    Thank you for this video.

  • Dan, thank you very much. This is awesome. And thank you to all of Dan's subs that support. You can donate any amount $1.00 on up. Every penny counts.

Thanks again Dan. Best cousin front runner.

  • Wow Dan! This is so awesome! Thanks so much for doing this for me, Chris, my team, my mom, and to spread the awareness. It is much appreciated! Also, Dan is correct, this is ovarian cancer, not cervical. You can get shots to help prevent cervical cancer but unfortunately not ovarian. Thanks for everyone's support!!! :)

  • Thanks for this video. My sister died from ovarian cancer. She was 35 when she passed on. She had no symtoms until she was already stage 4. They only gave her 3 months to live. 3 years later is when she lost the fight. It is a huge problem. Thanks again.

    Penny

  • AW. :D

  • straight power!

  • Great video

  • I believe you can be vaccinated to protect yourself from ovarian cancer.

It consists of 3 shots that you must take with some time between (can't remember correctly, so search on it) and that should do the trick.

  • That's not going to help women who already have the cancer and definitely not ones who don't know enough about it, and I think you're talking about Cervical cancer

  • i was supposed to get that......buuuut i only got one O.O i need the other two...o.o.....>.>

  • It's nice to see people raising awareness about these kind of diseases that aren't very well known but take thousands of lives annually. This is why I love watching your videos :)

  • i love femenism

  • defs donating

  • great video mate its such an important issue

  • I am so sorry for all of you people who a family or a friend passed away from this I am so sorry I prey and wish you all good luck and again I am sorry - Adrian

  • i love watching your videos!

  • :) i am really glad to see a video like this

    <3

  • Dan, I think it's awesome that you're bringing light to a less talked about, serious problem. however, i'm also going to have to add, not just women are affected by ovarian cancer. Men can get it too. As you've made a video on trans issues before, i'm sure you're well aware that men can and do have ovaries too. Those reproductive organs are not necessarily attached to women. I didn't wanna call you out on this, but I felt like this issue could have been brought up in a less gender specific way.

  • well thanks for letting me know. I'm glad you said this. I'm going to keep it gender specific, mainly because the charity I'm asking people to donate to keeps it gender specific. Thank you though, and I'll keep that, and other things like it, in mind for my further videos :)

  • *clicks link*

  • I'm so happy to see such an important message being spread here. You are awesome, Dan. AWESOME.

  • oh dan, you have all those things lol

  • Your right

  • this brought me back to tears. my mom passed away from ovarian cancer in 2006... =(

  • Sorry about your mom. Same here. My mom passed away from cancer in 1982. The doctor missed the pea-size ovarian cancer in her x-ray during a check-up 2 years before that. And the cancer quickly spread to her bones.

  • Men can get breast cancer...

  • yeah, but that's not what this is about...

  • Yes

  • Men can't get Ovarian cancer though...

  • Wonderful video, Dan! Powerful message. I am spreading the word as much as I can!

  • where do you go to donate?

  • There is a link on the side, then once on that page, there is a button on the left that says Donate :)

  • Is there anything your not?

    Beautiful, smart and now caring.

  • of course I'll tweet that

  • I learned something today ^^

  • My mom's friend had it...she can never have kids.

    It's really sad.

    Great Video!

  • Good Job!

  • Great video Dan.

    Ovarian cancer is very serious.

I'll give what I can. :) I'll mention it in a "HomoNetwork" video as well.

  • Thanks a lot, I appreciate that :)

  • Amen. ...And Awomen too.

  • my mom had ovarian cancer, the tumor was softball sized. As soon as they found the huge tumor, it went into remission. Thank you Universe! Please Show support. Love you Dan!!!

  • Good cause.

  • My mother has ovarian cancer and she can't afford surgery. :/

    Nice video!

  • oh im so sorry. that sucks.
