  • No, you should have someone who knows how to evaluate movement see what you do and make the appropriate corrections. Pain usually comes from bad movement - fix the bad movement.

  • Many thanks, will be going to the local gym to get somone to help me with my posture nd movement.

  • are my shins supposed to hurt when i do this cause they do.

  • Exercise is never supposed to cause pain.
