its nice to know a fan of cold play [pure shit in a tesco bag] has heard of suicide. obviously it hasnt got cold plays amasing imagination musicaly [ahem] suicide are wonderfull.
Holy shit @1:52! If you listen from the beginning it's like a mantra sucking you in and when that kicks in is just epic. Reminds me a lot of seeing NIN live. I was 18 in '97 - but we didn't have the internet like now, anything cool like this you had to almost find by accident in smaller cities - or know someone into them. Sorry I missed it.
They used to cover Sister Ray live in the 70's, you can hear it on the Half Alive album. It eventually evolved into Mr. Ray and became a song of their own.
thanks for posting . i was looking for this video .
anyway i was throwing a i bit of sarcasm .
and your right . coldplay is the most monotonous piece of shit in the world , they even look bored while playing their own music in their videos . and im saying this , me being someone who enjoys
@executiveE I do love some Coldplay songs ... I'm a bit agree with you but maybe the lyrics are really poor , but enjoy some tunes ... BUT SUICIDE RULES ... FUCKING RULES and their live performances are just ahead of all times ... This songs is one of their best live version I've ever HEARD ! totally amazing ... Great presence and vocals too .... did you like American Supreme .. the 2nd disc live at london is also very destructive !
@executiveE Lol Coldplay. I'm not usually the type to say your opinion on music is flat out wrong, but if you like Coldplay, you're flat out wrong. Listen to Radiohead, instead. They're like if Coldplay wasn't shit.
Nik Fiend the singer of a band called Alien Sex Fiend sounds just like Alan in this song :D

I'm pretty sure this is reminiscent of Sister Ray from Lou Reed. I wonder if it's a satirical play or sarcastic. Any thoughts?

Coldplay is just a dumbed-down rip-off of Radiohead and U2 for the masses. Listening to a washing machine would be more compelling.
