Actually cat bites can be really serious. Cats have so much bacteria in their mouths that it can lead to cepheous. In most vet hospitals, employees are sent directly to the ER. It can be extremely dangerous. Especially is the guys fingers swelled up like that.

Cats have huge amounts of bacteria, and you can even lose a limb, hand, whatever, from a bite or scratch. Had a patient who nearly lost a leg to a scratch. So, yes to sue your sis is one thing, but if there were huge medical bills is another thing.

actually its meant to be a week of feeding the stray cat and letting it stay with you, then its consider yours, if it attacks someone else after that week long period then you will be responsible for the cats actions

Not that its worth $122,000 but I got bit by a cat last year and it got infected (doctor told me 90% of puncture cat bites get septic if not treated). I had to go to the e-room about 36 hours after the bite for pretty good pain/swelling and was given a prescription for antibiotics. Total cost $800.
