I think he can't surpass MJ but he would have made it as one of the top 10 or top 20 players in NBA history. penny's my favorite player one of the smartest in NBA history. he is an athletic, all-around finesse player. gotta love em

Penny was the man , was a big Orlando fan with him and Shaq. Penny had mad hops and one the cleanest drives. His jump shot wasnt bad either!! What a legend, if it wasn't for injuries he would be compared to like of Jordan Bird etc.

They couldn't retire his number so T-Mac got it. The casual basketball fan might get the 2 mixed up. They look similar with their moves, but Penny is a better passer, T-Mac is a slightly better scorer.
