I developed hydrocephalus after a bout of meningitis in 1993. FRENCH Government austerity pressure caused my doctor to deny my request for an MRI and my condition was misdiagnosed for years. By that time ventricles were huge and I think they considered me not worth the cost of surgery. I am an invalid now and will certainly die soon. My message is this, In heartless countries (most) socialized medicine is like letting tax accountants determine your medical treatment.

I thought this was going to talk about Mexico losing people with education and training, but instead it is talking about Mexico having an advance in the medical field. The title is quite misleading.
doctor, doctor. one day we are going to be able to connect the whole brain system and make a spinal cord, and fluids etc. and plug it in to the robot, (REPLICANTS) and we are going to be able to travel into the space,, we are going to be ablle to live forever, this is the very great next step for the humanity, i mean for scientists
Ive had 3 lots of VP shunts and one VA and also an external shunt, as of 2 weeks ago im shunt free after a craniotomy and fenestration, which involved making a pathway for the water on the brain to go into flow of CSF naturally rather than having a foreign body in the head.
Maravillosa cirugia la que fue realizada a una sobrina por un Doctor en una cirugia que en su momento fue nueva, mi sobrina ahora es una niña normal, juega, rie y disfruta de la vida como pocos! Gracias Dr.!!!!!!!!
the design also makes it vunerable to being clogged from the proteins in the body. In my opinion. I had my shunt for a sub arachnoid brain cyst clog and it isn't fun. I'm a different case however proteins are in cerebral spinal fluid you can't avoid it so you must design the best you can around that problem.

My head size has been 7 7/8ths from birth. No

@Midas234
NO. my head is 7 7/8th inches around. And just so we're clear, it's not water that causes it. It's CSF.
