That's the SCX Digital Mega Layout that we sell on our website. It's model number is SCX10100-8 GT Mega Combo and we have it set up on an 18' x 8' table...so the dimensions are a little smaller than that...

Why not show what the "Safety Car" is really for...to drive out automatically and slow down and hold the other cars behind in case of a crash or similar..many says that it is possible but have never seen in for real...
