@lewa2009 Well stick with the BJJ as it is one of the best for ground fighting but as for stand up I would probably say Muay Thai is better than Kickboxing due to the fact that Muay Thai makes use of elbow's and knee's as well as kicks and punches. Kickboxing only uses punches and kicks. Type "Muay Thai" into Youtube and select the first video titled "Ramon Dekkers Muay Thai", watch it and then you will see what I mean.
