we went back to chicago for this christmas just gone for two weeks as usuall. the city and hawks are awesome and still the best atmosphere in the nhl and ive witnessed a few. we got tickets for the classic off craigs list and had a blast even though we lost. what a great city to be part of.

2 years ago i was at the last game of year. we knew there was no playoff hopes but we beat detroit 5-4 in a shootout. when sharpy scored the game winner i didnt know where i was or what was happening haha.

Off to Chicago again tommorow for our yearly visit. 10 days in the windy city then 7 in Toronto again we can't wait. This time we are seeing the predators,oilers,ranger's and the lightning. Just one win from these will satisfy. Have a great christmas all.

Had an awsome time in Chicago,was out there for two weeks from boxing day till the second week of jan and saw some great games. Unfortunately the hawks only beat the stars for which we where three row from the front and behind the pen boxes! But had a great time all the same. Absolutely love Chicago, recommend it.

Dude, excellent clip my man. I just got back from the UC about 20 minutes ago, unfortunately they dropped a 2-1 loss against Buffalo. But, still a great time as always in the presence of ol' time hockey. The only problem is that I felt like I was sitting in Buffalo, way to many sabres fans in my section...That's allright though, we'll be good again soon enough, GO HAWKS!

It was just before playoffs - Avs @ Hawks April 2, 1998 - and sure had that playoff feel. Hawks won. I believe the final was 2-1. Avs were hurting bad - Sakic, Foresburg, Lemieux, Roy were all out of the line-up that night.
