No one should want to use this as a primary genealogy program, though. No citations. No way to record anything but bare bones vital stats. Probably even less reliable than IGI and Ancestral File. Better to go with The Master Genealogist (TMG).

It all sounds good until you pay. You can't even cancel like they say you can. Earlier this year I had 26 generations on their site, now I have ZERO. Waste your money if you like.

Cancelling is very easy—click the Contact link in the page footer, select Cancellation Request in the subject line and follow the directions provided.

The problem with going from 26 to 0generations sounds like you disconnected part of your family tree, perhaps by accepting the work of other genealogists. Often resolving hints will reconnect the tree . You can also contact Customer Service for help with that.

Rob, I am trying to watch your video on Youtube...not having much success. Not your fault though, I think it is my computer. However, I think it will be a real help to viewers. From what I can tell, you are covering everything important. I like OneGreatFamily although right now I am having a hard time getting cooperation from it...my work keeps disappearing.
