@j95sweetness No. The OVA's were dubbed into English before they finished dubbing the whole series. When I was into Ranma in the mid-90's only season's 1-3 and some of the OVA's were in English... they dubbed the rest of them later on with a different Ranma voice.

It goes like this: TV Series, which stops at meeting his Mother, then Movies 1 & 2, OVA 1-8, Movie 3 is sometimes consider as OVA 9, since it was short, OVA 10-12, and finally the new one, 13.

Its confusing because the Movies and OVA's were released in the US first, So they have the same VA's as the first few seasons of the TV Series. I actually like this Ranma's voice better.
