It was an offensive foul... you can't wipe away with your off arm like that... kirilenko would dunk on ANYONE in the NBA if he was allowed to do that.
@wReCktangle 1. There wasn't enough contact and the contact that occurred was incidental to the play. 2. The offensive (as well as defensive) player is allowed to move in a normal way, provided it doesn't create contact that impedes the opponent.
For McGrady to jump off his left leg and extend with his right arm to dunk the ball, his left arm had to come down. Because it came straight down and there was no outward extension, you can't say that he pushed off on Kirilenko.
