Both of them are on YouTube. The SOLUTIONS presented in both videos are already being applied and they have already been proved to work in the short and long run. The legislation is all about consolidation, a command control centrally planned economy, and elements of fascism, plutocracy, and oligarchy. A handful of banks will control the entire finances of the country and decide who gets cheap/expensive credit favouring/gutting specific businesses/industries at a whim.
There will also be no sense of privacy in financial transactions/holdings. All of them will be monitored. Cashless society in the name of "the fight against terrorism".
