Err this isnt really 64 mb VRAM.Cos the Geforce 7150 is onboard graphics and mooches off the Coms RAM as Vram.So even tho my old onboard gma 3100 had 8mb vram, its has 256mb RAM as it take some of the RAM as VRAM.So technically you have 64 MB Dedicated Vram.And more shared RAM.

The Call of duty 4 require a DirectX 9.0c supporting videocard, but Radeon 9250 supports only DirectX 8.1

Just buy a newer videocard like Geforce 6200, Radeon 9600 or better and it's will works.

I think that your videocard really isn't 64 MB it's just a integrated videocard with 64 Mb own memory and swapping additional memory from the system RAM (usually 256-512 MB, like in my notebbok), when you launch a "hard" applications & games.

Because when i installed a Windows 7 on a P4 PC with old geforce MX4 videocard with 64 MB only - the aero didn't worked.
