Just put about 500 pounds in the box to off set the engine and plow being in from and put chains on it and you will go up that hill like it was not there. With the gearing the axles have keep tires narrow - agressive tread- and 3"dia. taller no more then that. Lockers on that is throwing money away tires need to spin some what cuss engine so small- did this with mine works fantastic.
i was thinking about welding the diffs front and rear, i have Mud Wolf tires on stock rims i think they stand 24" i bought them at Fleet Farm. i made a 3" lift also.

You need a locking diff. What kind of tires are you running?
