Sweet skill grabbing the bucket! Is it major operator chops and/or a model that makes it comparatively easy. It's a bit tough doing the same on my JCB 260L since you're doing it semi-blind.
Nice demonstration of how to use the bucket to balance yourself, too, which is extra important since you're balancing on a lorry's tires rather than just your tracks. I plan to video some demos of how I use the bucket with and without loads to deal with slopes, cross big gaps, etc. And, yeah, at 23 tonnes, the 260 would probably explode the lorry's tyres. hehe
Well, I'm a septic, so it's more like blow up the truck's tires. :-)
I haven't had to load/unload the machine but with its size and therefore the trailer requirement, it should be easy. Grabbing the bucket is a bit tough on it because the way the bucket usually will sit on the ground, you can't really see where the pin is you're trying to hook into. Enough times and you just know where it is, though. And like pv's machine, mine can lock and unlock the bucket from in the cab. Better than how I have to do it on my backhoe.
Good job, but closes the door, safety first!

just lucky :) Not the first time but I couldnt do it with an 260 and the lorry would be doing a standing wheelie
