Everyone can obtain the characters without cheating lol ... Those ones are for moneys and items such as Ninja Info Cards and so on ... I completed the ENTIRE game without cheating , even that quest from Tsunade that require 9 milions Ryo ... Thats DOPE ... not colecting characters lol ...

I got this game Sunday ( or Saturday ) and beat it the next day. I have everybody excpet 4th Hokage and that one girl. I've played,and still have NUN 2 and if you have,when you press new game,it gives you like 50000 Ryo and a ninja card :D Sadly,NUN 3 pwn NUN 2

to get hanabi,u have to keep on talking to her after the ultimate contest is over.......u have to give her a perfume or hair accesory and take her for dumplings....after u unlock her,the 4th comes as a bonus for unlocking all characters

first do a quiz at the ninja academy given by i forgot the name but there in konahamarus squad after u finished that go to the place to the right of the general store and ebisu should be right by the door answer all questions right and you have the first and second hokage
