Crypton bought Teto's image and voice for use in Project DIVA, and I'm assuming since the PD version of her singing doesn't sound as awkward as it would in UTAU, they used her voicebanks in Vocaloid software. Pretty much, all 3 of them are "honorary Vocaloids" :3
