If you didn't see this endng, this is how it went:

Micah and Katie's friend shows up about 2 days after Katie kills Micah, and she sees Micah's body and she's like "OMGWTFBBQ" so she calls the police, and the police show up, and the demon is like "shit, it's the fuzz!" so it bails from Katie's body and she returns to normal and walks into the hallway, and the cops see her with the knife and they're like "you best be trolling" and she's like "lolwut" so they shoot her. Then a door closed.
