Dungeons and Dragons, Lord of the rings, WoW, SWG, Champions,EQ2, Vanguard......all great games and worth every penny spent. Nobody thinks twice about dropping 40 bucks on dinner or a movie and forget about the cost of beer. 15 bucks a month is nothing compared to the entertainment value. Bunch of broke ass cheapskates.

1) you lazy huge maps are great to get lost in a rea sense of beeing out in the wilds

i dunno, ive been playing everquest 2 for free right now and it hasnt really taken off yet, i got to level 20 and it feels like i am deserted and very limited, is this game quick or is it slow? is partying or at least seeing other players more common in this game? is the pay vs free limitations very noticeable? cause in everquest i cant go to max level, and can only have 2 of the 6 bag slots which screws me when questing...
@rasjjtube Try Mabinogi, its litteraly a fantasy life, it has no level cap due rebith options, and the monsters are very varied, and its not all focused on fighting, and there is no classes, you can wield any weapon at lv 1, and it has a pretty deep storyline
i downloaded it,but when i try to epen it ,something goes wrong with turbine or something... i get like 100 pages ,when i click cross the pages disapear and i couldn't play the game,help?
this game isn't bad I played it for awhile. but there is a catch to it being "free" you have to earn certain points to unlock other quests. that's the point where it failed me. you do all the quests on every level. you get the "points" and you can spend them on all the other quests. not the best. but it's kind of cool. I quit with a good character because of having to replay dungeons with shitty people. so I made a soloing custom fighter and ran all the dungeons with a pocket healer. smart way.

@legendofwayne haha thanks I agree, the dungeons are the best part, the community is decent. the leveling not so great. the weapons are not bad though. being a spell caster is nice though. although I feel like the game is pretty mediocre. But I am honestly more into DDO than WoW. I haven't played in in about a year. but I'd rather play an FPS than and MMO these days. MMO's have nothing good to offer any longer IMO, all of them are dated in one way or another.
@legendofwayne Ive played WoW and this game , graphics are better in this game , but the gameplay is way better with WoW , the lvl progression is way too low for a D&D game imo

@IKillLittlegirls actually, i would consider DDO "semi free" the turbine points you get from favor by completing quests are negligible. And if you want any quests at all above about lv 12 (cap is 20) , pull out the real cash, i dont really consider this a bad thing, because i find this game a lot of fun, and since i can buy all the quests for around 50 bucks, i see it as a guild wars type thing, and i like it more than guild wars

this is the hardest shit i ever played. i played for 2 WEEKS and COULD NOT get past lvl 1! and if you go afk for 5 MINUTES it logs you out, not just logs you out, but closes the entire client! retarded. but i usually play chinese games.

@Craziguy33 DOS Is what your Operating sits on... its like the brain fo the computer. Your operating system just helps you to interact with DOS and it looks prettier :P

good clip. have any of you people saw the wow cheats pack at warcraftbotsXinfo (replace X with .) ? it's awesome, i just downloaded it. its got completely every thing in it, gold guides, bots, hacks, glitches as well as the newest arena glitch. i probably should not tell people about it however at least this gives you all a reasonable chance to get it before i own all of you
@marfg12345 dude a lot of people play this game (been on almost every server and found abundant amount of groups) you probably not looking them up on the group page. Their are open field areas like Korthos Island and Cerulean Hills, though no one will be their unless you make a team
WoW is so darn boring. Players with trash talk. Plus kept going ICC everytime to un-support the lowbie level.. well They are kind of resisting players who can't cooperate. oh well
I would say WoW is kind of a dangerous thing, because people feel compelled to play because if they don't they feel their money is wasted, not to mention they don't want to ever quit because then they would feel that all of their money and "work" just went down the drain. Being able to play for free cuts people from all of that.
@maxbie123 I agree and disagree at the same tie i play WoW but I take breaks from it alot. I pay for it myself and yes its stressfl sometimes if you payed for 3 months and onlpy played 3 weeks out of all of it.

@Designedbydeath Tons of people play it and it has a cash shop, but the stuff you can buy doesn't give a huge advantage and can be earned in game anyways.

@TheChris370 world of warcraft's stat system is different that runescape's. you don't even need to pay attention to them. when you level, it automatically increases your stats by a set amount.

im playing this game and its very fun playin it in parties with your friends exploring the dungeons, the graphs are awesome and the gameplay is unique, i seriously recommend it
trust me if this game had more advertisements, it would own WoW. im not saying WoW is better, im just saying a lot of people dont know about this game, a year ago i barely stumbled upon this game, but this game isnt just like a normal mmorpg where you spawn, talk to some npc, and then randomly kill and do quests, this has its own intro movie, and its own awesome tutorial, there are around 150 dungeons, all awesome. you can say this might be a WoW clone, but it has its own thing :) love this.

Hi, I'm wondering how does D&D online compared to LOTR online.. I've recently played LOTR and a few things I don't like about it are:
1) Map is so huge and you have to walk to places, or unless you want to unlock horse travelling which costs extra
2) Combat system is quite boring in the sense it's slow (like 1 strike per 1.5sec)
3) Too many quests are solo quests, making the whole idea of an online game kinda nonexistent at some points
Does D&D also share similar faults like above? thanks!

this is the hardest shit i ever played. i played for 2 WEEKS and COULD NOT get past lvl 1! and if you go afk for 5 MINUTES it logs you out, not just logs you out, but closes the entire client! retarded. but i usually play chinese games.

good clip. have any of you people saw the wow cheats pack at warcraftbotsXinfo (replace X with .) ? it's awesome, i just downloaded it. its got completely every thing in it, gold guides, bots, hacks, glitches as well as the newest arena glitch. i probably should not tell people about it however at least this gives you all a reasonable chance to get it before i own all of you

@marfg12345 dude a lot of people play this game (been on almost every server and found abundant amount of groups) you probably not looking them up on the group page. Their are open field areas like Korthos Island and Cerulean Hills, though no one will be their unless you make a team

I would say WoW is kind of a dangerous thing, because people feel compelled to play because if they don't they feel their money is wasted, not to mention they don't want to ever quit because then they would feel that all of their money and "work" just went down the drain. Being able to play for free cuts people from all of that.

F2P works for casual players but if you want a game that is both reliable and easy to understand WoW is a great game.
People who "feel compelled" to play it is just (simply put) mentally weak, or "Entitled Casuals".
If one does not enjoy a subscription based game then one shall not play a subscription based game.
Also, majority of the WoW players that a non-WoW player meet often gives the game a bad reputation.

@TheChris370 world of warcraft's stat system is different that runescape's. you don't even need to pay attention to them. when you level, it automatically increases your stats by a set amount.

trust me if this game had more advertisements, it would own WoW. im not saying WoW is better, im just saying a lot of people dont know about this game, a year ago i barely stumbled upon this game, but this game isnt just like a normal mmorpg where you spawn, talk to some npc, and then randomly kill and do quests, this has its own intro movie, and its own awesome tutorial, there are around 150 dungeons, all awesome. you can say this might be a WoW clone, but it has its own thing :) love this.
