It so works!! But please after i apply these changes can i still use cheat engine 5.5 to make the download even more faster. Because i used cheat engine without applying your SETTINGS and it went from 18kb/s to 300kb/s in only fourseconds!!

@MultiPrincey cheat engine is just client side speeding it its not really doing any thing for your tcp download rate when you take it off it goes back to normal

you might have to disable your antivirus when yu download..... I had a antivirus where when i had it enabled my downloads with utorrent would only be like 70kb then i would disable it and it would go up to like 700kb

THIS DOES NOT WORK! half the things you are doing dont make any difference to the speed of the download. For example: Changing your listening port to 443 makes no difference it is only a means for allowing incoming connections. there is no way to "speed up" a download. It all depends on one thing, the seed to peer ratio. yes you can allow more connections through but the only way your download rate enhances is by other peers uploading more bytes to you and you vice versa.
