this user interface is emphazing one singer finger and one simple scroll bar to control all the uses of the interface

in the middle he introduce the use of folders, which you can changing the size, or open the folder by pressing the 4th icons. You also can minimize it to an icon or you can drag it to the bottom bar, like he show.

at 2:05 he show the music folder, which you can see the thumbnail of song album, and you can directly play the album.

Sorry dude, i didnt use the Shell, not sure where can you find it. Perhaps you can try look in widget or the SPB mobile shell option?
