I think the pins in needles were from sitting too long, you have to take yaffle breaks and go get stuck in water slides otherwise your legs fall asleep forever. But you're definitely right, this one never gets old. Somehow I always end up watching it, I think this is number 29 for me, one for each year of yaffle's life.

Creative! Childhood facts... nice touch! I got stuck on a water ride 2x, lol. It's panicky when you know someone else is coming right behind you! You saw a beast too? When I was a kid, we were hiking in Wales. We were chased by a wild boar. I have never been dragged like THAT in my pram since, LMAO

Chocolate factorys are a corporate lie - chocolate is being made by feeding cacao-beans to cows and then shaking them quite a bit. For the firework - I have no clue, but I heard that in china they had that technology long before "us" - so that would be my first guess :)
