@thekuma256 she does have good voice, but as of a well trained voice. I've tried to like her by listening to a few of her songs since I do like some of her songs and since she was so popular but I could never really like her, the reason is her voice is well-trained yet has no emotion in it. I cannot have any connection to the song because of her voice. It's just "rough" (or in Vietnamese it means "cung" or hard), no up or down, no emotion, nothing, just a plain well-trained, academic voice.

@teechan88 It is exactly the contrary. Every singer has a well trained voices, but her voice is special. I never liked VN music,except the traditional one), until I heard MT singing (not this song that for me is not her best one). She has her own inimitable, sometime not perfect ( when is singing live) voice, so different from the other (with all that boring embellishments or "up and down"), that goes straight not to the mind, but to the hearth, with her deep, powerful and warm tonality.
